Senator Joseph McCarthy gave the name and definition of McCarthyism that we know today. McCarthy was a Republican, Anti- Communist activist. He accused many people of being communist. Many of the Republican party members didn't stop him for the fact that they thought they would lose popularity. This would be known as a cold war tension by so many people getting scared and building tension to the maximum. Due to this the Rosenberg, getting accused of being communist and getting so much strain built on to the trials the got killed. Lucky McCarthy had a gradual downfall, this was due to alcoholism and also he started accusing the U.S. Army of communism.

McCarthyism
Senator Joseph McCarthy gave the name and definition of McCarthyism that we know today. McCarthy was a Republican, Anti- Communist activist. He accused many people of being communist. Many of the Republican party members didn't stop him for the fact that they thought they would lose popularity. This would be known as a cold war tension by so many people getting scared and building tension to the maximum. Goal of spreading Democracy
Our goal for the Untied States was to spread Democracy for the fear of Communism. We weren't sure to what extent that it could take us. In my opinion it was a remarkable thing that no one could be trusted every person out there would be scared for the fact that they weren't themselves. Joseph McCarthy I think had the main role in trying to remain " Anti-Communist", but for the fact that we was accusing anyone for being communist put a huge strain on the fact of remaining Anti- Communist. His big down fall then appeared when he began accusing the U.S. Army of being Communist. It caused a lot of tension in the United States.

The Cold War in a Pickle.
The Cold War began immediately after WWII. When former allies clash due to economical, military, and political reasons. The tension mounts when the goal of spreading democracy arises, Stalin's demand for territory, and U.S. industry boomed during war. At one point it was Capitalism vs. Communism. The soviets became a major threat. The Truman Doctrine was created for the containment in Greece and turkey. In the Truman Doctrine Great Britain could not support other nations. The superpowers were struggling over Germany. The Soviets were holding West Berlin hostage so then the Berlin airlift was made. Before the U.S. and Great Britain they got no food or fuel. This was the only way that West Berlin survived. toward the end of the war everything ended up fait. there wasn't a loser nor a winner.
